About Us
Tim and Austin O’Lear are a father-and-son team providing dependable site work services across East Tennessee. We’ve been in business for over three years, delivering quality work and honest service.
Tim is an Army veteran, and has owned a farm on English Mountain for more than 20 years. He has built multiple homes throughout the region as a former general contractor and brings decades of hands-on experience.
Austin grew up on the family farm, worked for a local excavation contractor, and served nearly six years in the U.S. Coast Guard.
Together, we bring real-world experience and a strong work ethic to every job. Rocky Top Site Works is here to get the work done right.
